This project was designed to help develop an understanding of the design ideas that lead to effective poster design. Students were asked the question, "What makes an effective poster?" and were then instructed to study the "Get Out the Vote" posters available at the AIGA website (LINK). After viewing the posters, the students had to select 4 images that provided different answers to the question, "What Makes An Effective Poster?" From there, a poster was created that included images of the 4 posters and educated about why they are effective.
