Le Louchébem est une boucherie des Halles parisienne, installée alors que le marché y était encore.
Pour la moderniser, j'ai lifté son identité et créé une boucherie associée, dans laquelle on renoue avec la notion de conseil comme au temps des anciennes Halles parisiennes. J'ai ainsi joué sur l'argot boucher (Louchébem = boucher en argot boucher) et sur un système de fiches, de notions ludiques pour que le client découvre les valeurs bouchères et réapprenne à cuisiner la viande.

The Louchebem is a butcher based in les Halles in Paris, installed while the market was still there.
To modernize it, I reworked on the identity and created an associated butcher shop in which revives the concept of advice as to the time of ancient Parisian Halles.
