Harding University DB/KR Kendale Allen

An undersized player, listed at 5-foot-9 and 160 lbs, speedster Kendale Allen is primarily used as Harding’s kick and punt returner, where he earned First Team All-GAC honors in 2022. In last year’s campaign, Allen totaled 498 kick return yards and one touchdown on 15 attempts, with an average of 33.8 yards per return. Allen also added 125 punt return yards, with an average of 11.4 yards per return.

After losing several fifth and sixth-year players from last year’s defense, Harding will likely use Allen more as a defensive back this season. While his defensive snaps have been limited so far in his collegiate career, Kendale Allen can make his presence felt on a game in the blink of an eye. I believe Allen will be named as First Team All-Conference again, helping lead the Bisons to a deep playoff run.
