UNSTOPPABLE DOMAINS CASE STUDY



Introduction 

In 2021 we teamed up with Web3 start up Unstoppable Domains. They were going through some big changes, and needed help increasing their brand awareness and changing their brand positioning. The outcome was a series of videos, co-marketing campaigns and assets for their website and social media profiles, and our creative team was among the first ones trusted to bring to life their new branding.


In the start of our relationship, Unstoppable Domains had no brand guidelines in place, but they knew they had to step up the quality of their assets and improve the conversion performance of their content. In the midst of changing their overall strategy, they were now looking to reach a larger B2B and B2C audiences. That's where Orchid came in, with the mission of technically improving their craft and messaging, while providing style alignment.




Building the bases

We started with a series of educational videos, simplifying the customer journey through colorful motion design, flying rockets, comic speech bubbles and NFTs, creating a clear and fun step by step messaging that resonated with their different audiences and brought understanding to both Blockchain enthusiasts and newbies.




Shifting gear

When their Brandbook was about to launch, they could count on our creative team to bring their new boldness into motion. This new brand identity was meant to signal a stage in business maturity, supporting them in their ambitions of building more partnerships and touching larger audiences.



Creative rationales

Creatively, this project was an opportunity to once again be at implementation phase of an all new branding. With its flat colors, bold fonts and dynamic text animations, the visual direction and layout structure, is built to inspire strength, energy and trust to the product while staying modern and accessible.




One of the firsts assets we created with their new branding was for a three step co-marketing campaign with OpenSea, starting with an awareness video about their new PFP feature, followed by an educational campaign, and ending with a premium NFT and Domain sale at OpenSea. 



Key Outcomes

Equipping them with the bases of their video communication and template kits... We collaboratively built their "creative content playbook" and with the support of their media analytics feedback pointing us toward sound and performing creatives, we insured that they had the keys to support their ambitions.
