Hooligan is a magazine about the street youth culture. The magazine’s audience is youth of 18-25 y.o. as well as people whose interest are actual subcultural phenomenon. The magazine’s concept is based on DIY principle that is a common print of 2 colors and non-professional presentation by tying it with elastic band. The prototype was the punk-zynes – the subcultural editions telling about the corresponding way of life.
 
The magazine covers the wide range of a street life, tells about the significant social and musical events, invokes to participate in the mass-meetings, and announces the cultural events.
 
The basic graphic method is spacing, monotonous picturing and delineation.
 
The magazine includes the bonus app-stickers that serve for interacting with the environment. Serve as well for the hooligans and to hooligan.
