The location intended for the construction of an industrial hall for the production of glasses, with an annex and a public zone, is located on the outskirts of the city of Niš and has excellent connections with important city and intercity roads. The primary task was to ensure favorable working conditions, good connection of all spaces and natural lighting and ventilation. The hall with the accompanying warehouses communicates with the annex, where are the restaurant, the workers' rest area and the administration, via a “hot connection”. Employees have the option of using the atrium and roof terrace to spend their breaks outdoors. The form of the object is reduced to regular cubic shapes, which are flattened, raised or lowered to a certain extent in order to achieve a more interesting form. Dark gray sandwich panels were used as the final covering, which in addition to quality, contribute to aesthetics. The yellow color was chosen as the seal of the JAD company, which runs through the details as a motive and recognizable sign of the company. The public zone is designed as a space for sales and education, and is aesthetically coordinated with the hall product. The entire project represents a functional and modern solution for an industrial zone, which offers visitors and employees a quality space for education and work.
Lokacija predviđena za izgradnju industrijske hale za proizvodnju naočara, sa aneksom i Public zonom, nalazi se na periferiji grada Niša ii ma odličnu povezanost sa važnim gradskim i međugradskim saobraćajnicama. Primarni zadatak bio je obezbediti povoljne uslove za rad, dobru povezanost svih prostora i prirodno osvetljenje i ventilaciju. Hala sa pratećim skladištima toplom vezom ostvaruje komunikaciju sa aneksom, u kom su smešteni restoran, prostor za odmor radnika i administracija. Zaposleni imaju mogućnost korišćenja atrijuma i krovne terase, kako bi pause provodili na otvorenom. Forma objekta svodi se na pravilne kubične oblike, koji su u izvesnoj meri smaknuti, povišeni ili spušteni radi postizanja zanimljivije forme. Kao završna obloga korišćeni su tamno sivi sendvič paneli, koji pored kvaliteta, doprinose estetici. Kao pečat kompanije JAD izabrana je žuta boja koja se kroz detalje provlači kao motiv i prepoznatljiv znak kompanije. Public zona projektovana je kao prostor za prodaju i edukacije, a estetski je usklađena sa proizvodom halom. Celokupan projekat predstavlja funkcionalno i moderno rešenje industrijske zone, koja posetiocima i zaposlenima nudi kvalitetan prostor za edukacije i rad.
