Scoop is a charity working to build schools and provide education in India and Cambodia. They raise funds in Ireland via social events. They wanted to be seen as a fun, social, active, transparent charity. They also focus on making opportunities for people to get involved with their work. They encourage people to volunteer in the field and to share their stories with the community. The logo was inspired by the low-tech approach to education in underprivileged schools, and the colours of the area, namely Theravada Buddhist monks and dry earth.
