I really wanted to draw a desktop wallpaper(ish) style illustration and I had a bit of a fascination with elk and deer at the time, so naturally I illustrated an elk, I had the idea for the "dream" to be seeping of the animals half way through the original illustration (elk dreams). 

 

This turned into a mini series of sorts, I hope to return to this style as I find it relaxing and easy to the eye.
