The medal represents open water swimming at Ada Ciganlija, with the bridge symbolizing the Ada itself. Each element on the medal has been carefully chosen to showcase Ada Ciganlija. Medals were created for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 1km and 5km swimming events, as well as Finisher medals. As part of the design, there is also a ribbon that accompanies the medals.
