The building, designed by the American bureau Soma Architects, is located on the island of Palm Jumeirah, 50 meters from the sea. A spacious terrace overlooking the sea coast connects the outdoor and indoor spaces. The value of this home is definitely determined by its unique location. We reflected it in the interior, showing the shades of hot sand and wave shapes.

Будівля, спроектована американським бюро Soma Architects, розташована на острові Palm Jumeirah в 50 метрах від моря. Простора тераса з видом на морське узбережжя поєднує зовнішній та внутрішній простір. Цінність такого житла визначає його унікальна локація. В інтер’єрі ми відобразили саме її, проявивши відтінки розпеченого піску та форми хвиль.
The installation of lamps on the living room ceiling imitates the shape of sand dunes. Just as the dunes in the desert change the landscape due to the wind, the pattern on the ceiling is transformed by different light scenarios.

The black rectangle of the kitchen island with the glass globes of the pendant lamp above it creates the effect of a cool oasis in the center of the apartment.

The accent of the bedroom is Soniah lamps by the Ukrainian brand Faina. Their naïve shapes, exaggerated proportions, and unique surface material give the interior saturation and tactility. Another exclusive element is an asymmetrical banquette designed by Bogdanova Bureau near the bed.
