A personal project looking into wine label design using letter-forms that convey traditional artisan wine production methods with reference to historic wine production machinery.
The visual identity was built in two stages.
Initially the typography was produced using experimental printing techniques to mimic the smear and texture seen in traditional wine manufacturing.

Minimal illustrations based around grapes and wine manufacture were used alongside the heavily distressed text.
