A "home for the aged" in the Philippines, also known as a "home for the elderly" or "elderly care facility," is a residential institution specifically designed to provide care, assistance, and support for senior citizens who may require assistance with daily activities or who may not have immediate family members available to care for them. These homes aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the elderly population.
The main purpose of a home for the aged is to offer a range of services and support to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of the elderly residents.
