The Safety Plan Project aimed to provide a framework for conceptualising and bringing to fruition Safe Community Action Plans and, as a result, to consolidate Safety Plans for the areas of Atlantis, Gunya (Gugulethu and Nyanga), Mitchells Plain, Ocean View and Ward 56.
