The concept for the photoshoot is a blouse-free saree in a modern world.
Not long ago, women used to wear sarees without a blouse.
The sole saree was made in such a way to cover the body entirely without requiring additional cloth. Colonization changed everything; it systematically subjected women to a certain way of dressing their saree.
In this shoot, I showcase how a woman would've looked had the concept of a blouse-free saree continued.
