3D Models for Real-Time VR Applications
I was hired by Moth+Flame, a VR studio based in New York, to establish a 3D pipeline for their VR applications. Leading a team of amazing artists, together we created cockpits and drone trailer scenes for photorealistic real-time VR experiences.
MQ9 Drone Control Room
Based on photo references and a 3D scan, we built together this detailed control room. We used mainly Maya, ZBrush and Substance.
The final project was shipped in Unity. These renders however were made using Unreal Engine.
F-15C Cockpit
My first scene working on the project was this F-15 cockpit. Our challenges were to create the layout as accurately as possible, mapping out all the controls (buttons, levers, etc.) and getting all the labels right from our references.
The final project was shipped in Unity. These renders however were made using Unreal Engine.
