The Coruja Academy is an American language school created by Brazilians located in Utah, USA, specializing in teaching Portuguese to foreigners. Recently, I had the honor of being hired to develop the school's mascot, Professor Coruja, as well as create 10 animated videos that provide students with a playful way to learn the language. Each video covers a different vocabulary list, exploring topics such as professions, household appliances, places, food, among others.
I would like to share with you some of the steps involved in this exciting process of creating this project.
The project was done in Photoshop, Illustrator, animated in Animate, and edited in Premiere.
