The client requested assistance in transforming their brand to make the products look more like trusted pharmaceutical items found in pharmacies, rather than resembling beekeeper farmers. Nevertheless, there were additional issues that required further attention and care.

The company has existed for over 24 years, however they never had a brand identity to follow when releasing new products. Therefore, it was hard for customers to identify that all the products that are sold by Medicata are under one brand. 

Besides, the old packaging design did not unveil the precious, high quality ingredients from Lithuanian nature that was used in the production without reading the back ingredient list. The other problem consumers faced, was the lack of information that provides guidelines on how to consume the product (spray on skin / swallow / use for nose, etc).

The main aim was to create a structured brand identity that would cover over 60 products and at the same time, the products should distinguish from each other on the pharmacy shelf.
