Maps
Maps is a project developed by Cooperativa Area, aimed at supporting juveniles who have committed crimes in rediscovering their place within society. The project's identity centers on the idea of orientation, incorporating symbols that aid in finding direction such as stars, compasses, and landmarks. The concept of trajectories and directions are also emphasized, representing the paths and choices individuals make throughout their lives.
To ensure recognition of individual project identities within the larger system of Cooperativa Area, a mosaic model was developed. This model allows for icons of each project to build upon one another, creating the overall form of Area and preserving a historical memory of present and past projects.
