Project Brief:
One of the top language service providers worldwide decided to change its brand identification after decades of working in the language industry to be known as a content solution provider instead of a language service provider.
After changing the logo, tagline, and website, the stakeholders noticed that the brand still identified with the language industry, not the content, so I was assigned to evaluate and analyze the situation, determine the issues, and suggest a brand development strategy plan through rebranding.
