The owner of Barrister Coffee Specialist is a former lawyer. The word ‘Barrister’ means lawyer, so he named the coffee shop as a tribute to his former profession. He has a passion for coffee and has transformed himself into a skilled barista. Through professional training and meticulous attention to detail, he has honed his craft, from selecting the best coffee beans to brewing drinks that consistently deliver quality and great taste in every glass.

The Barrister logo was inspired by the owner's former profession as a lawyer, who later discovered his passion for coffee and became a skilled barista. The logo represents the owner's identity and incorporates elements such as glasses that resemble a smile and a scale, symbolising balance and precision in the coffee-making process. The owner takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality coffee with attention to taste and detail in every glass.
brand colours:
To emphasise the importance of taste quality, the brand utilises a colour palette of blue and gold. The colour combination represents the brand's commitment to elevating the coffee experience and maintaining the highest standards of taste.
