Holiday shopping is often something you leave for the airport, but that’s not the case in Taiwan, where something shouts “Buy me!” at every turn. From ancient crafts and culinary delicacies, here are some souvenirs you can only find in Taiwan. It's also a very good chance to show our rich culture to the world.

Marlin Fish Floss is a dried meat product characterized by soft consistency and a fluffy texture, similar to coarse cotton. It melts in your mouth, creating a fleeting, subtly sweet and salty sensation. Mullet Roe, the Black Gold from the ocean, refers to its special specie. After naturally drying via sufficient exposure to sunlight, it creates a silky texture with a pleasant aroma, nothing melts in your mouth just perfectly matched. They are listed as the top Taiwan local souvenirs not to be missed. 

In this project, our client (Lao-San) expected to be elegant and personalized into portable packets for better preservation. For keeping its original taste of seafood we decided to remain the carton material color without over-printed.

Additionally, to visualize the elegant and subtle flavors associated with fresh seafood image, I imitate traditional auspicious patterns onto its belly band associating the feeling of an ancient dessert for highborn. From its illustration, you can intuitively recognize the flavor and content.
