O objectivo desta proposta era criar uma infografia jornalística, 56 cm x 33 cm, para uma noticia real e actual, pondo assim em prática os conhecimentos técnicos, quer a nível do desenho vectorial, como das ferramentas digitais e também passando assim a compreender um plano infográfico e respectiva narrativa gráfica.
Escolhi trabalhar o acidente nuclear do Japão, derivado do sismo que atingiu o país, focando os efeitos da radioactividade no corpo humano e as fontes radioactivas existentes.
Para tal baseei-me num artigo de Virgílio Azevedo, com infografia de Carlos Esteves e Ana Serra, do jornal Expresso do dia 26 de Março de 2011 intitulado “A ameaça invisível das radiações atómicas”.

This project was to create a journalistic infography, 56 cm x 33 cm, for a real and current news, putting into practice the technical knowledge, both in terms of vector drawing and digital tools.
I chose to work the nuclear accident in Japan, derived from the earthquake that hit the country, focusing on the effects of radioactivity in the human body and the radioactive sources that exist.
