For my project, I plan to make a graphic print, drawing inspiration from the illustrations below by the renown Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. The premise of this project will be to create multiple motifs that are relevant in the current conversations of society and the American culture, as well as to strike the balance between Western and Eastern art techniques. My choice medium will be Adobe Illustrator.
