Mermaid Trench
One of my earliest memories – is a yacht trip in Tunisia, with a huge porthole in the hull. I was 3 years old, and my parents and I were admiring the underwater world. My father said, "Look, there's a mermaid over there."
Unfortunately, I didn't see
mermaid, but I did see an impressively enormous and beautiful jellyfish.

This alternative reality, this other world - the underwater world, continues to astound me. It frightens me to imagine that the oceans, seas, and rivers are filled with tons of garbage, posing a threat to this majestic and enigmatic world, as well as to us.

Meanwhile, jellyfish are creatures that thrive in conditions where other species . They don't require much: they reproduce rapidly in warm waters and feed on plankton. With the ongoing climate crisis and impending ecological disaster, there is a chance that only they, the jellyfish, will remain.
