Dallah Hospitals - Home Care

Dallah Home Care is a new service that was launched last year, 
in general Home Care is considered a new product/service in Saudi which 
the audience don’t have the knowledge or the information about Dallah launched the first awareness campaign for home care last year which included KVs and film and was advertised through digital channels, after the campaign launch the booking rate was increased by %30 which is amazing! The client would like to launch the 2nd campaign for home care with a goal of educating the audience more on home care services and how they can benefit from it.

The home care service was the most frequently asked about service 
after consulting with the customer service department.
This revealed that there was a lack of awareness & understanding about the services and its offers among the target audience.

Although people inquire about the service frequently, the number of bookings does not match 
the volume of inquiries.
Ramadan is the time of year where DH footfall is at its lowest.

We run a digital awareness and acquisition campaign that focuses on showcasing 
the home care services, And used a two-way communication approach that involves 
on-ground activations Dallah booth, where Dallah experts explained the service to
the audience and answered their questions.

showcasing the house from the inside is to evoke a sense of warmth and comfort in the audience. By incorporating directional signage of the hospital within the house, we aim to create the impression that the hospital and its various clinics are easily accessible from the comfort of one's home. Beginning with the hospital signage on the exterior of the house and continuing through each room inside, we hope to illustrate the range of services and clinics available to patients. As for our on-ground activation, we have opted to create an open booth within the mall, designed to resemble a part of one's home. Furnished exactly like home and staffed with medical professionals, the booth aims to replicate the experience of receiving care in the comfort of one's own home. This concept is designed to provide the audience in the mall with a glimpse of the comprehensive services offered by the hospital, in a manner similar to that of home care services.
