The idea  was a dreamlike approach to designing in ancient ruins.
The majestic Irish fog became the leitmotif. Its transience was reproduced using a lightweight see-trough metal mesh, which created the outline of the original layout of the complex. Depending on the function of the room, the mesh was filled with various materials to create an individual character of the place. In the main building of the auditorium, which was formerly the nave of the cathedral, a colored glass installation was applied.
As it turned out, despite the fact that the walls are raw, their interiors were dominated by colorful floors and plaster. Modules of artists' apartments were placed in the frame of the hotel's buildings. This makes the inside connect with the outside, and visitors have a strong sense of being in the ruins.
