OXXO Supermarket - Loyalty program app design

OXXO is a supermarket chain with more than 21,000 stores throughout Latin America. In close collaboration with the agile development team designed a loyalty program app that was tested and validated in Mexico.

Research the consumer behaviour and mapped out the end to end shopping flow where the user experience designs are based on customer needs that where conducted in the discovery phase. Design and implementation of a new user experience and brand identity adjustments and was responsible for design management. He presented user experience developments with stakeholders and within the agile team.

Realised a proof of concept that was validated with customers through usability research. This in order to scope the future introduction of loyalty marketing in OXXO stores around Latin America
