MEIJI Bulgaria Yogurt
Bulgaria Yogurt is Meiji's signature yogurt. For their brief a Client would like to do CRM to their heavy customers data and do the Data Recruitment by using digital campaign that lead to the microsite. We could track and collect the users data from the questionairs. However the result of the data we do the data analytic (to analyze the real heavy customer’s data for the CRM in the next phase. Then Client want to know who is the real fan of Yoghurt Meiji Bulgaria? Their consumer buy products at store i.e. 7-Eleven & then walk away. Who are they? Client wants to know them indepth & collect their data to improve their products & services.
