The design concept focuses on combining traditional South Indian architecture with modern residential designs to create a community inclusive of all types of people with the right amount of public and private spatial zoning.
The community designed in Business Bay, Dubai aims at creating a future of sustainable architecture using sustainable materials which help combat the harsh weather in Dubai as well as reduce the amount of pollution and waste produced after building construction.
This community is designed to promote a healthy-living lifestyle by integrating green walkways all around the site thereby encouraging residents to walk around and breathe fresh air.
Outdoor green spaces have been integrated within the apartments through extensive balconies and sit outs with green rooftop gardens which also have vegetable garden patches promoting self-grown organic gardening and encouraging residents to interact with nature.
