My key goal with this shoot was to capture some different points of view.  I chose to shoot flowers for my macro shot because I could capture the detail in the petals and the focus in on any of the flowers in the original shot.  For my bird's eye shot, I chose to shoot some concrete in a parking lot that had a puddle of water and some different colors in it because it reminded me of nature, almost like looking down on snow-covered mountains or hills and the water added another layer of dimension.  Despite being new to photography and having very little experience developing photos, I feel that these photos have a great composition because they draw your eye and they show details that you wouldn't normally stop and think about when you see flowers or puddles.
