Orientarium ZOO Łódź (2022)

Opened in 2022 Orientarium ZOO Łódź is the most modern zoo complex in Europe in the south-eastern region. We worked on this very complex project between 2018 and 2020. Building designed by SZLACHCIC Architekci gained numerous prestigous awards including The International & IPAX and Property Awards 2023, The European IPAX & Property Awards 2023, Grand Prix SARP 2023 and many others.

Odaibe team was highly engaged in design phase in numerous areas:

- interior and exterior biotops scenographies of animal enclosures

- enrichment of enclosures for animals

- artificial rocks design

- preparations of physical mock-ups

- previs and architectural visualizations

- visual identity, logotype and wayfinding system

- entry wall graphics design

- design consultancy

We designed nearly 3215 square meters of interior and exterior scenographies that enrich animals life and visitors experience. Our projects were implemented while preserving the characteristic features of our concepts. The investment renewed interest in the Łódź zoological garden and became one of the most important places on the touristic map of the city of Łódź and whole central Polad.
