There’s a lot of art prompt/challenges in May, one of them is mermay challenge, and I also want to make young adult book cover for my portfolio so I decided to draw The Little Mermaid story by Hans Christian Andersen. I want to highlight Ariel who likes to collect human things and wants to be able to live on surface compared to her love story in this cover.
