The Azienda Agricola Ceres Holstein's nickname is Ceresetta. 

Ceresetta farm is named after the term "cerese", cherries in Piedmontese dialect. 

In fact, the farm is located in the area where a large field of cherry trees once stood.

The breed of cows reared, the holstein, gives the farm part of its name. 

This rebranding wanted to bring in some key elements of the area where these farmers work; the cherry tree, the cow and the Monviso, the mountain that towers above the town.
