Nas representações dos biomas estão caracterizados os principais tipos de vegetação e paisagens, assim como alguns animais comuns em sua fauna.
Os cavalos representados fazem parte do cotidiano de cada região ou de sua história: os cavalos Marajoaras, importantes nas criações de búfalos na região amazônica; os cavalos pantaneiros, indispensáveis na pecuária do pantanal; os cavalos crioulos, grandes parceiros do povo gaúcho; na caatinga está representada a pega do boi; na mata atlântica, os tropeiros que tanto contribuíram para o desbravamento da região; e no cerrado aparecem Riobaldo e Diadorim, como uma homenagem a Guimarães Rosa, que tanto divulgou a região.
(EN) This sequence of illustrations represents the six Brazilian biomes with the horse inserted in each of them.
In the representations of the biomes, the main types of vegetation and landscapes are characterized, as well as some common animals in their fauna.
The horses represented are part of the daily life of each region or its history: the Marajoara horses, important in buffalo breeding in the Amazon region; the Pantaneiro horses, indispensable in the Pantanal livestock; Creole horses, great partners of the gaucho people; in the caatinga the ox handle is represented; in the atlantic forest, the drovers who contributed so much to the clearing of the region; and in the cerrado appear Riobaldo and Diadorim, as a tribute to Guimarães Rosa, who publicized the region so much.
