Latvia’s Cultural Canon
The National Library of Latvia came to me with a task to develop printed and desktop versions for five route maps inspired by Latvia’s Cultural Canon values for walks or road trips around different parts of the country. The routes were created by local youngsters, introducing their neighbourhood and at the same time inviting attention to the diverse rural and urban landscapes of Latvia. I was asked to pack it in a visually appealing way, so all these maps, illustrations and layouts were created.
