The MDLIVE app provides Users with access to a nationwide network of board certified doctors and licensed therapists 24/7 from anywhere, anytime by secure phone or video. The main feature of the app include a quick step by step process to schedule a visit, a symptom checker, and a healthy history section.

Patients can schedule phone/video calls with a doctor on call available 24/7 or can choose to schedule a visit for a later time.
The app allows Users to shedule video calls with doctors using the VSEE app.
The app allows Users to store their medical history and shares the information to the doctor before a scheduled visit.
The symptom checker suggests possible conditions and corresponding treatments for Users based on sysmptoms they select. Users can select symptoms from a list or by tapping on the body
