CI VORREBBE IL FORMAGGIO

‘CI VORREBBE IL FORMAGGIO’ takes its name from the tradition of combine polenta with typical melted cheese. The mix with cheese makes the dish tasty. Logo is the image of a constant link between present and past: the tool stone and the current fork remind to culinary theme on which is based the project.

A cutting board made of beech wood blank, the soft form that shows the logo of Vallecamonica, is composed of a scabbard, a ceramic and a cover that retains heat. Handmade this cutting board wants to be the blinder between the local tradition with the contemporary world.
A fusion of wood as a local resource and ceramics as new material.
The product has been exposed in the Sant'Ambrogio area in the Fuori Salone 2014
