September 11, 2021 marked the 20th anniversary of the unforgettable and most tragic day in U.S. history. This is a photo my husband took from our NYC apartment on that day. My husband being a New Yorker and seeing first hand the occurrence of that day, I decided to create some sort of art to Never Forget.
I first edited the photo he took and enhanced saturation, hue, and resized it. I enhanced the lighting of the twin towers and the moon.
I then used the watercolor actions in photoshop and transformed the pho into a watercolor painting.
Now is a beautiful digital framed art hanging in our NYC apartment to remind us to Never Forget.
