Production Design for Feature Film
The production design for 'Nevernight' encompasses the world of Godsgrave and resides itself within the grimy and derelict district of the Liisian Quarter, in which a notorious abbatoir known as 'The Porkery' lurks within the shadows. Bloodbaths used as portals are concealed beneath within a large cavernous environment, extricating hints of decay as they ironically sit amongst beautifully battered Roman ruins. All inspired by Roman architectural ruins and captivating capriccio paintings completed in the Renaissance/Baroque period.
The completion of research, 1:50 scale technical drawings and physical model, and concept visuals allowed me to achieve this vision.
