A time machine brought us in the 30's 
when the San Carlo's founder talks about his invention.
("Good morning gentlemen! How are we doing?")
"This extraordinary thing, 
which grows upside down,
that blossoms underground…
it is the greatest passion of my life.
I wanted to do something that nobody had ever done.
Everyday I wondered how to do it, and then I understood: 
changing the shape would also change the substance.
I would have cut them very thin.
It was in this rotisserie, 
on that counter that potatoes have become the chips".
