Kaleidoscope: Pop-up Showroom for Samsung
In the main hall of the shopping gallery, a space representing new Samsung products was set up. The task given to me by the advertising agency was to develop an idea for a simple interactive mechanic and style frames that showcase the range of new products.​​​​​​​





Hardware setup
The central area is surrounded by LED displays and depth sensors. Standing in the middle of this zone, the visitor finds themselves inside a virtual space and can control it using gestures.


Architectural design provided by the client.





Visual style
I developed style frames that represented a kaleidoscopic space, patterns of which were composed of products and brand design elements.





The Visitor can create a unique image by rotating a virtual kaleidoscope.





As the final part of the experience, the visitor sees themselves represented as a virtual avatar placed inside the kaleidoscope.





Thanks to the different angles of the devices, color schemes, variety of design elements, and a pinch of randomness, each visitor generates their unique environment.
