Amidst the pandemic, we partnered up with SpiceJet to help uplift their market position and change the consumer perception of just being the cheapest source to fly. We identified the problem and build a new tone of voice and creative guidelines that catered to the new generation of flyers keeping in mind the trends and changes that have dominated the digital space post pandemic.

Mapping performance for each asset, through targeted creative campaigns like #SapnonKiUdaan (collaboration with HumansOfBombay), Tyohaaro ki Udaan, Hometown tourists, 1 billions vaccinations etc. and social media strategy, we were able to increase under engagement & recall across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn platforms.

We also successfully executed multiple micro & live campaigns that included the launch of different stations, services like mid-air cab booking, Tokyo Olympics etc.
