A collaborated project held over a chosen location: on the SMRT train in a period of 2 days, on the idea of observing the social issues that impact on the space itself has made on its surroundings. From the observation, Entitlement Mentality was established from the collection of data. This social disorder puts the public transport, space in jeopardy whereby commuters became more inconsiderate, uncultured and uncivilised.
An awareness advertisement campaign was illustrated to lift awareness of this social disorder Entitlement Mentality to the public, making known  to commuters to be considerate and cultured in public space on public transport.

The illustrated characters bear the behaviours of inconsiderate commuters from the collection of observation data.
