As I progress into third year and start completing more freelance based projects it is important that I have a professional, supporting identity that represents me as a designer.

As part of my self-branding a range of collateral was created ranging from a unique logo based around my intricate fingerprint pattern, to a portfolio booklet that introduces aspects of my personality, beliefs and work.

The project gave me the chance to create something that truly reflects me, so aesthetic choices relating to the colour scheme, typeface and stock were all chosen to represent my ethical approach to design and love for the slightly obscure.
A personal typeface was created and applied to aspects of the identity.
The logo icon was created from the unique, intricate pattern found on my fingertip.
A repeat pattern was also created an applied to various aspects of the branding.
Business cards were screen printed on a recycled grey card stock & finished with the logo stamp and green edge painting.
Points from my personal manifesto were included at intervals throughout the book to give the reader a better understanding my design ethics.
Both the invoice & letterhead had the hand drawn pattern printed onto their reverse side.
