-text information according to company procedures.

-the text is voiced in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English). All announcers are native speakers.

-training app has three-dimensional simulator – contractor can perform the tasks while he/she is at location (field), each situation is created according to present task. (Person may take a briefing how to control the character before passing a simulator)

-after listening the lecture and passing the simulator, the user will have a test. In case of successful passing of the test, the contractor will obtain a personalized certificate. If the test is failed, the system will bring the contractor to lectures again.  (Contractor will have three attempts).

Training apps are installed on a computer automatically via a special utility (Installer). You only need to choose the theme of Training app and directory on your computer where you want to install it. “Installer” and training apps are protected by login/password system (Network administrator controls and creates all users, the users’ data is stored in the database).

All Training Certificates received by contractors are stored in PDF format in the directory previously chosen. Training process (on one theme) lasts approximately 20 min.

At the moment, 9 training apps have been completed: "Loading operations", "Earthworks", "Electrical insulation", "Work permit", "Mechanical insulation", "Hydrogen sulfide", "Entrance to a confined space", "Scaffolding", "Work at height".
