NOMA is a redevelopment scheme in Manchester which focuses on revitalising the northern area of the city centre with the creation of 4 million square feet of commercial and leisure space. Situated in the space is Sadler’s Yard, a public square and event space named after the balloonist James Sadler.

Every month, a market was held in Sadler’s Yard with a new theme each time that promoted local craft and produce. Working with Standard Practice, posters and flyers were designed to promote the street food market with warm, painterly illustrations to highlight the market’s offering and create a sense of pride about the area.
