Abstract Composition
My designs are about how we go through life, for this I used symbols of the sun rise, high noon, and sunset. Childhood shows bright colors with sporadic lines because when we are young, we are playful, unorganized, always on the move. The lines are longer and wavy meaning that there is a lot of energy and life to live. Moving into adulthood I made the colors still bright but made the lines straighter to symbolize that we now are at the height of our lives, figured out our paths and "shining" our accomplishments on the world. The lines are still long but are shorter. Finally, the sunsets with the later years. The stars in the sky point downward in symbolizing the reflections we make of our lives. The colors are dimmer, yet still warm. The lines are shorter, and are calm which is to symbolize settling down, retiring, and enjoying the life had.
