The Symbol
In Maori culture, the symbol of the "anzol" (hei matau) represents abundance, strength, and determination, as it is a tool used to fish for the basis of their diet, the fish. They are also considered functional amulets that can be taken on trips and removed from their necklaces in moments of survival, thus highlighting their value.
Gestalt
Gestalt is the study of human perception in relation to forms and the existence of visual behavior patterns that humans possess. These patterns form the basis for Gestalt laws. One of the Gestalt laws, the sensory closure of form, was adopted in the construction of the Anzol brand symbol. This law causes our brain to produce contours and/or closures that do not exist.

Uma das leis da Gestalt, o fechamento sensorial da forma, foi adotada na construção do símbolo da marca Anzol. Essa lei faz com que nosso cérebro produza contornos e/ou fechamentos que não existem.
