It was created for fan-art competition held by Video Games Indonesia a month ago. I used the latest version of Godzilla as my reference but I put a bold Japanese letters of Godzilla and use low contrast color scheme to give some classic Japanese monster culture for the whole composition. It was chosen by Gareth Edwards himself and his team as the winner with two others.

 

I saw the movie yesterday at the press screening in IMAX Gandaria City, Jakarta, and yes, the movie was awesome. It can make anyone to become a little kid once more. At least for 123 minutes :)
