Project: SPCA Annual Report
Description: I was the graphic designer the for SPCA Annual Report for 2013 and also 2014. As a well established charity, SPCA in New Zealand (RNZSPCA) already had existing branding guidelines and I used fonts and colours and photography to fit within their current brand.
Complete creative control was given on this project and my design is based on a traditional grid system with plenty of room for graphs, headings and photographs. This report was distributed to shareholders rather than to the public so a conservative, accessible and practical design was implemented to reinforce the charity's brand to their inner circle. A more formal approach was required compare to their public branding.
Stock photography was selected to fit closely with their brand. Key words in the extensive image search was happy, healthy pets with people who adore them.
The New Zealand map and graphs (infographics) were custom made for this project.
